Just got an email offer today from Cosmo for 2 COMP nights, $200 dining credit, and $1125 in promo chips (valid June 19th-October 15th). I had just came back from Vegas last weekend and gave them about 3 hours of play ranging from $200-$500 a hand in PGP. From what I've read so far on email offers from Cosmo, people usually don't receive them until weeks or months later after their play. I got the email offer literally a week after my play at Cosmo. Just putting it out there.

Also, I couldn't find if the promo chips, are they "direct play" or "match play" type offers, and if they allow you to customize your denominations? Meaning, say I want to bet $100 in promo, do I have to match that with $100 cash of my own money? I tried doing a search for this topic but couldn't find it anywhere.

For the folks that get similar offers, what type of room is usually associated with it? It doesn't say on the email. So I assume the only way to find out would be to call Identity services?

I've never had to wait months for my next offer. It's usually weeks or less.

Promo chips are not match play. They are one time use. So if you bet $100 in promo and win they take the $100 promo and pay you $100 in regular chips.

The room will be a studio unless otherwise stated as a suite which is rare. You can always upgrade for a fee.

I received my most recent offer 3 days after I checked out for my most recent stay which itself was on an offer. At the low end you'll get a terrace studio. They will tell you when you book.

One time use, and win it gets swapped out for a real chip.

I have seen them in 25 and 100 amounts. You get them from the casino cage. Get it from high limit cage, it's faster.

I used them a few weeks ago. As stated, they are one time use.

I received a similar offer today with $1000 in promo chips. Cosmo has the most generous offers lately, IMO. Maybe they are just desperate.

Even for the little guy they're being generous as my play pales in comparison to you and paperposter. I'll take the rooms if they're offering. Plus last time I had a host insist that I call or email her when planning my next trip which I've never had one do before as I've always gotten my comp rooms via an email offer. Maybe I underestimated the VP and slot coin-in that supplemented by table play.

That's a terrific offer! Who says PGP never gets comped?!
I bet you anything it's AT LEAST a terrace suite. Maybe wraparound. You can call and they'll tell you in seconds.

I wonder how they decide on their offers.

I was offered 3 nights in a Terrace Studio and $125 Freeplay. I only play slots and had Coin in of about $4500 in 6 days. Strange that some get 2nights and more play and vice versa.

$27k coin in on video poker got me an offer within a couple weeks via U.S. mail with 2 free nights (Terrace Studio or Terrace one bedroom), $50 dining, $430 free play. Stayed on that offer and did $55k coin in on VP on one of the days stayed (lost my ass so bad I played at the Palms the next day -- lost there, too). Less than 2 weeks later via U.S. mail received another offer for 2 free nights (no room type stated, but when I booked it they said Terrace Studio or Terrace one bedroom), $100 dining, $670 free play. That stay isn't until the end of July.
