After redeeming MyVegas rewards for a three night stay at the Beau Rivage, the supervisor, Mike also told me that the Beau is teaming up with Sun Country airlines and that they will be offering package deals from Sanford, Florida to Biloxi. They also will be offering package deals from Tampa/St. Pete to Biloxi for the Beau Rivage as well.

This is great news for people in Florida, who don't wish to drive to Biloxi or just want to get there in a hurry. LOL He did say Sun Country was adding other cities as well for the Beau, but he didn't know which ones off hand.

This will all take place sometime in August of this year.

Mike advised anyone that goes to the Beau Rivage to make sure you always play with your players card, and to even let a casino host know you want offers either e-mailed or sent snail mail to you, so you can possibly take advantage of the Sun Country package deals. He also told me, offers for food, free play, rooms etc. will be sent out as well, which is normal, but the Sun Country package deal is one a lot of people may not know about and I just had to share it.

    Thanks again,

Great news... I hate driving to Biloxi...Hell, I'm in Tampa and i hate driving to Orlando, or Gainesville even. The last time I went was Thanksgiving 2011 and we flew out of St. Pete on an MGM plane. It was packed but it was free flight, free room and free shuttle to the Beau. Looking forward to this.

I agree, this news is great for the people living in central Florida. Maybe it could be a reward for the MyVegas game. That would be awesome. :)

I knew about the change from Vision Air for these junkets but not the timeline. I hope the junket operator I used in the past signs on with them so the "free" ($40 resort fee) trips can continue.

It is my understanding that these are the same junkets that have been taking place for several years, except Beau Rivage is now using Sun Country Airlines instead of Vision. I was told the Beau Rivage junkets will resume in late August because they have no trouble filling the hotel with vacation guests during the summer. Until then they are offering junkets to Gold Strike in Tunica. These are really great junkets and I have been many times.
