Im going to LasVegas next week for the first time to celebrate my 30th wedding anniversary. We will be staying at Harrahs. Other than a buffet where is a good place in that area to get a good hearty breakfast?

Go next door to the Quad. Has House A Go Go is definitely "hearty". We love the place but learned to share meals since they are HUGE!!

Margaritaville at Flamingo serves a very decent breakfast.
Not humongous portions like HHAGG, but IMO just a bit better quality food....and no annoying crowds to contend with.

I would concur with HHAGG for "hearty". I've eaten breakfast at Margartiaville too and it's pretty decent. I do like their patio upstairs overlooking the strip on a sunny morning. On my list is Carnegi Deli at Mirage across the streeet. Don't think I'd order a sandwich but I'd go for their corned beef hash option (my fav breakfast meal). Didn't get the chance on my last trip.

I believe there is a fantastic breakfast restaurant at the Venetian…Joel Buchon (sp?). It's a little upscale, but you may want to splurge as it is your wedding.

Mon Ami Gabi and Grand de Luxe are both solid spots to get a good breakfast. If you want to splurge a little extra Bouchon and Society Café are about as good as it gets.

Bouchon and Mon Ami are my favorites! We hit them every trip usually. Bouchon is the best ever. It's a little pricey for breakfast, but we usually don't do lunch. It's THAT bad though. Maybe $25 a person, or less.

We also like Society Cafe, and Terrace Pointe Cafe at Wynn. Also the Border Grill brunch. Grand Lux Cafe.

Mon Ami Gabi is hard to beat for location, view and food.
Del Toro in Palazzo is another good one with a unique atmosphere and outdoor dining option. Decent portion size too.

Although I am not a buffet person and breakfast buffets are worst, I will say the breakfast buffet at Paris is the only one we really do.
The crepes are made fresh and to order.
The omelets are also fresh, made to order and huge. Usually I tell the guy to make it half the normal size.
