    Hi all

I was at Vegas last year and joined the mlife scheme. I earned some points playing slots etc and then came home.

I'm going back this August and I was under the impression that your points lasted a whole year. However when I checked today and my points have gone back to zero.

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks

    Chris

Mlife resets the point on October 1st each year (12:01 a.m.), so if you were in Vegas before October 1st last year, your points will reset. If you reached a higher Tier level, that Tier will be in effect for this year through October 1, 2014.

VMBer's - correct me if I am wrong.

That's how I understood it. But the point play and express comps don't disappear.

this is one thing i do not like about mLife...we are once a year trippers, and I was 100 points away from pearl from my trip last year-July...all gone..now going in June, and have a trip planned...but not until Oct 17!! so much for any tier I achieve this trip.

Any tier you achieve in one year gets extended until the next year as a grace period to allow you to get back to that tier again. As stated earlier, the M life year begins October 1st. If you made gold one year, you get gold all the remaining (M life) year and the entire next (M life) year. If you do not get to gold bay the end of that (M life) year, you will revert to whatever tier you did achieve during this grace period.

I have had Mlife for several years and my points do not reset as described above. My tier has been maintained for many years, even when I don't achieve that tier level for any given year. Either Im lucky and slipped through the cracks or the rules have change very recently and I will loose my points soon. :-(

I was there for New years and then in April. In March I went to get a card printed up and to my surprise the card now says expires in 2015. I guess because I played.

My Mlife card does not have an expiration date on it ... is that normal?

    Points go away Oct 1st

Tier level attained is good for the remainder of the current "year" and all of the next year. For example, if you earn a tier on Feb 10th of this year, you have it all of this year and all of next year - Oct 2015.
