Does anyone know if I can use my express comps from my Mlife card at Wolfgang pucks in The Crystals shops? Assuming that they are apart of the MGM Resort Inc as they are attached to Aria. Also 2nd part of question….How do I turn my point play in to express comps?
    Thanks!

I am not sure you can convert point play into express comps (but hope I am wrong). You can convert it into free play, though

I think PointPlay is tied to certain casino but is essentially free play. Like I have some associated with Aria and the slots won't let me access it when I'm next door at Monte.

My guess is that you can use Express Comps there. But it is just that - a guess.

I don't play slots, so don't know about point play, but... from the mlife site:

I was thinking you could not room charge from restaurants from Crystals (Tood English as I remember) but I could be totally wrong. That would tell me those places are separate and not associated with the hotel. Wolfgang could be different though because they have the MyVegas award so that makes me think they at least have the ability to swipe MLife cards. I bet if you called them they could tell you.

I was thinking, ask Players Club.
Last time we stayed at Aria, didn't even think to TRY to use Expcomps in Crystals. Let us know what happs.

That is the general rule - if you can room charge it, you can Express comp it. So if no room charges at Crystals, then no using ECs.

I have always wondered about that...

I always thought we can't give our MLife cards when at the restaurants at Crystals, but have never asked either so it would be nice to get the credits if that wasn't the case and we can give them our cards...

I can confirm you can change pointplay into ECs, not just freeplay. I've done it before.

I charged wolfgang puck at crystals to my room - no problem. They have a receipt that allows it, so I know you can. It was comped off as part of my rfb from my host. Sometimes, rfb customers get restaurants comped that don't qualify for resort credits, but if you can charge it to room, I would think you could use EC at checkout.
