My friends and I have expensive as hell Gold Circle tickets for Brit Brit on a Saturday night in August, and we really want to get a great place to stand, preferably right by the stage catwalk. (We really want to see the arm waving and wig shaking up close!!:headbang:) The tickets say that the doors open at 7:30. Does anyone know how I can ensure that we can get right up in there? I'm thinking a line will form outside of the theatre doors, but I wonder what time I should reasonably expect it to begin and when to get into it? Is there someone to tip to get escorted up to the front? Any tips, suggestions, or observations would be greatly appreciated.

We saw the show from the cheap seats and enjoyed it.

I would absolutely hate to be in the corral they call the golden circle, but each to their own. She didn't walk up to the front very much, so try to get front and centre as much as possible. We watched the Golden Circle fill up and we were in our seats about half an hour before show time. It was late starting btw. This was a Wednesday, so days may vary, the whole place was extremely busy.

Go to the bathroom before you go into the Axis. The ladies restrooms on the lower floor were out of service before the show, and the line at the upper restrooms was down the stairs and more.

Excellent advice! Thank you! We will definitely aim to be close to the front of the stage rather than at the end point of the catwalk. Does the corral (funny!) get packed really tightly?? I am fine with standing to be close, but I hope I can still breathe in there.

I don't recall seeing a line super early? But honestly. Even if you were in the back of the pit it would be fine. Still super close. The stage is SO big.

I hope I can be of some help for you, boboswisher.

We have seen Britney´s show on December 28, so it was her second performance in Las Vegas. When we arrived at about 6pm, there was a short line in front of the theater, but we didn´t pay attention to it since we got numbered seats (in the back).
Looking at my picture of the stage and surroundings, it seems like that Golden Circle is divided into two different parts. It was taken just before the show started.

    Enjoy Britney and her music.

I also had cheap seats when I took my gf last week. The only thing that was annoying was there were no screens to give the close-ups. I'm guessing it's on purpose since she lipsyncs the whole show.

looks like shes been offered another year on her deal

Britney Spears has been offered a $12 million US deal to extend her Las Vegas residency, according to a U.S. report.

The Toxic superstar opened her Britney: Piece of Me show at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Sin City in December in a deal estimated to be worth $30 million.

The concerts have proved a hit with fans and now bosses at the venue want Spears to stay on until 2016.

Gary Selesner, president of the Caesars Palace resort, which owns Planet Hollywood's Vegas venue, tells the New York Daily News, "Britney Spears has been a great success for the company and will be extended, if she wants to do it, and I cannot see why not.

"She has been filling out the place every night, and she is enjoying it and is in good health. She has a good life, coming in on private jet.

"She has a villa upstairs at Caesars and really enjoys it here - so why wouldn't she stay?"

The residency was slated to end in 2015.
