Was strip walking last night and got the urge for coffee and dessert and it was around midnite and every where we tried they were closed. We were in the general area of the bellagio so does anyone have any suggestions for next time

    Thanks

In order to maintain their license, casino's must have a food and beverage service open and available 24/7. Some places will have a small cafe establishment open overnight; other times it may be more of a restaurant offering midnight specials or steak and eggs until 6am (think what Bill's used to have).

Most establishments have only one place open all the time; others may move it around on certain days. Example: Harrah's usually has "The Cafe" open 24/7, though once I was there and they had KGB's serving the late night grub for some reason.

I would think most of these places would have coffee and some sort of desert available; some with better selection than others.

The Henry at Cosmo is 24 hours as is the Va Bene near the check in desk. The illy coffee at Va Bene is very tasty.

+1. Service and food quality at the Henry is pretty good.

I also like Jean Philippe at Aria but they close at midnight.

You can sneak into the bar at Le Cirque around 11 for this and I would argue that is the very best place to do it. Not as expensive as you might imagine. Go for the banana soufflé. They also have superb espresso.

I think Gordon Ramsay's pub and grill at CP is open till midnight and you could do the sticky toffee pudding there (or at Paris at the bar but it closes earlier)

I think Sage at Aria takes reservations till 11 so they should be able to do a dessert at midnight.

If all else fails, Café Bellagio is 24/7.

Actually The Henry is a great option for this, also 24/7. It won't be "calm" though at midnight.
