What is the worst room you ever had in Vegas? Ours is mild compared to some I have heard about. It was in the low outbuildings behind Palace Station. There was a limited view of the walkway to the pool and that's all. Room seemed clean but very limited in amenities.

Any room we've had in the old IP. Carpets are gross, didn't dare walk barefoot in there. Somehow we've managed to stay there about 3 or possibly 4 times though....must have been free. Can't beat it for location though. Like the casino and CW service was GREAT

Thanks for the link. I didn't realize I was plowing old ground. We can let this thread die then.
BTW, I stayed at CC on my first trip paid for by me. I was carrying some chili dogs up to the room and a showgirl stopped me and told me that was crap to eat.:nono:

Worst "room" I've been in is at the IP. But...I've been in some fine rooms there too.

Worst bathroom in town has to be the unrenovated baths at Golden Gate.

Worst was at the IP but that was a long time ago. Nothing wrong with it per se but I had no idea that there was better out there. I can envision why the room I thought was nice could easily be rundown a few years later.

My worst room was the standard room at Harrahs. Yet it was very cheap since I carry their Total Rewards card. It was around $16 to $20 a night during the weekday. Can't be beat. Back then they didn't have a resort fee so it was a true Vegas bargain.

Worst? Definitely my Lady Luck experience. Got a great Funjet package deal quite a few years ago. Walked into our room and was flabbergasted by the dirty and discolored threadbare carpet. Headed down to the desk and asked if we could get an upgrade. Clerk smiled sheepishly and said "Sir, I gave you an upgrade when you checked in." We just had to laugh, and made sure we wore our sandals during the few hours that we actually spent in our room...

Anyone remember when silver sevens was terribles? Well i stayed there October 2012 when it was Terribles. It wasn't an absolutely horrible room. It's just that the furniture was super blonde, bathroom lights didn't work, and the room really had nothing special g oing on. My room at the quad in march 2013 was actually better lol. That being said I've stayed in places like the Aria, cosmopolitan, caesers palace, and the rio......yet staying in a cheap hotel room doesn't affect my trip at all. I have fun either way.

I have a 3 way tie between Sahara, Circus Circus manor rooms, and The Plaza.

The small motel annex at Imperial Palace that is pretty much attached to a parking garage. I wonder if they still rent rooms out of it now that they've renamed it Le Quade.
