Interesting. They have always offered that game in CP at high limit. At some point in 2013, Paris and PH dropped the "no resplit aces" rule in high limit (or at least had when I was there). So, now evidently at least 4 CET props are offering the standard MGM -0.26% S17 shoe game in HL, generally $100 min. I think they pretty much have to if they want any high limit play, but it is nice to see some movement in the right direction.

correct, now there are hl roms cet has with lower limits, i will poke around over the next few weeks and see if those 6 deck shoes have also been changed.

those start at 25$ and 50$ on the strip.this all new so not all pit bosses know about the changes fully.but definatly in the right direction.

agree about the right move i bitch at them so maybe its working:grrr:

Hopefully they'll someday allow resplitting aces on their low limit games as well!

.......but I'm not gonna hold my breath waiting for that one.

Resplitting Aces isn't worth a lot (0.05% to 0.07%) because it happens so seldom; less in 2-decks, of course. Outside of HL, this is probably only seen on shoes. The rule I'd love to see if they'd let me double-down and/or hit after splitting the aces. That's be cool!

As long as the shoe games give me surrender and don't take away any split/double opportunities, I"m happy. Outside of the HL room I've totally given up looking for S17, (except one place in Biloxi, I haven't seen that in years.)

The old Slots-A-Fun had a great game in the good old days: 2-decks, S17, DAS, Double on 8-11 only (not much of a hit because you could still double A+7), and they dealt 70% of the cards. Made a bunch at that game playing only $5 to $50.

Nobody ever explained why it wasn't Slots-O-Fun....
