I've got a trip coming up, myself and two of my close friends, we are all 24-25 one of which serves in the armed forces and is set to deploy in November, so we are treating him to a nice getaway guys trip for a few days....anyhow enough jabber, this is what I've got set so far

    (staying at Aria)

    Saturday lunch/snack - Five50 pizza
    Saturday Night - American Fish
Sunday Brunch - Bellagio brunch at the fountains inside Jasmine
Sunday Night - Carmines at CP - going to Absinthe afterward
    Monday breakfast - Bacchanal buffet
    Monday Night - Sushi Roku
Tuesday breakfast - (open to a buffet)
    Tuesday night - Crafsteak

Just looking at some input from you guys, each dinner is basically chosen around the type of food that I want to have setup with the exception of Carmine's - doesn't have to be italian. Crafsteak may potentially change to another steakhouse - I've eaten there, Jean Georges, Prime and SW...Crafsteak reigning supreme out of those choices.

Haven't eaten there yet, but plan to on my April trip......have heard nothing but good things about Center Cut Steakhouse in Flamingo.

Suggestion--Some of these place have good happy hours if you want to experience the quality of the restaurant without spending the big $.

Not the same as a full meal, but much cheaper--especially at a place like Estiatorio Milos.

Looking for full meals, not worried about price. How is Estiatorio Milos?

Aria cafe is real nice for brunch/lunch. Not fancy, but wide variety of food and nice vibe.

Given your location and age I recommend eating at least one dinner at The Cosmopolitan. How about Comme Ca or Jaleo?

+1. But Milos would be an excellent choice as well. Also if thinking about doing another buffet for breakfast do Wicked Spoon who serves brunch daily, best buffet in vegas imo.

I'm not even a fish guy, and Milos is first class. I go for the amuse bouches, which are available at reasonable prices during happy hour. If you go, go for the crab cake and the grilled octopus. The bread and olive oil is great, too.

I suspect anything in the Cosmopolitan and Aria would be good. When we come back for EDM Week, we are going to explore a little.

By far my favorite place is Settebello, but that's a bit of a haul. I don't know if there is a strip equivalent.

Instead of Carmine's we are going to eat at STK at cosmo first night, switch American Fish to second night. Milos sounds interesting though, I need to look at the menu.

If Carmines is out, Scarpetta is a good option.
