Are you playing games most of the time that you are in Vegas? If not, would you if you could?

I'm usually on business, so limit the gaming to a couple hours in the early evening... but even when on personal time, I'm not a huge gamer... I enjoy it, but not the type to lose track of time at a machine or at a table. My wife is... she could easily sit there ALL day and has.

My husband and I have zero attention spans so we play vp for a bit, then wander, then play, then wander some more. We don't chase comps so we play wherever we want. I'd say I'm content with the amount of time we play. I wish it was at higher limits but I'm content. I love that there is so much to see and do. April 15th can't get here soon enough.

I'd say "gaming" takes up a good portion of our Vegas trips...however, that's WHY we go to Vegas. (Used to be like that with Reno, except Reno's "gaming" scene just got WAAY too boring)

    Couldn't afford to.

Once there was $1 BJ tables at Sahara and played for 12 hours straight. Didn't do that everyday...but it was fun once.

    Morning: Pool
    Afternoon: walk around
Evening: lounges and gaming - this year we will probably spend considerable time around the Linq...unless it really sucks.

Not every day, but most days we are playing all day and all night long... some get up to 14-16 hour long gambling sessions.

The majority of the time I play blackjack or JoB and I'll make more mistakes the longer I play. Bankroll is also a consideration. If I can get 3, sometimes 4, two-hour sessions from my bankroll, I'm very content.

Gambling is why we go to Vegas.:poke:
We normally stay 4 nights, 5-6 times per year. It is rare if we don't put in 16 hours a day gambling.

We do have some friends who work in Vegas and if we meet them for lunch or dinner, then it is less. But, it doesn't happen as often as we would like because of their work schedules.

With the exception of dining and shows, most of my time is spent gambling. I've gotten to where I dislike travelling to Vegas with "newbies" and having to wander around aimlessly "looking at stuff" wasting precious Vegas time. I also wish the damn kids would stay off my lawn.:wink2:

Us too. Can't wait for May!!

If it's not May, we wake up, may spend an hour drinking coffee and reading news, then basically start playing and drinking until we need food in the evening, take a break to eat, then start playing and drinking again until we somehow make it back to the room around 1ish, usually. I would say in the 14 hours a day range...

I gamble throughout the trip, but will rarely have more than a four hour session. I will bounce around from game to game, slots to table games, casino to casino gambling a little everywhere I go.

If I do have extended sessions, it is usually concentrated at my home casino.

Most of the time we will gamble in the morning at the casino we are staying at until lunch and then bounce around until dinner. After dinner we finish off the evening back at the casino we are staying at. Our last trip a week ago we didn't do as much gambling in the evening because it seemed we went up to the room earlier than normal. I'm not sure if it was the time difference added to the change in time from Daylight Savings.

Yes, I spend most of my time in Vegas playing. Basically just stop long enough to eat. I usually do spend a few hours at the spa each trip. I only sleep there 4-5 hours a night at most and the rest of the time is playing.

Yep, it's hit and run as we mosey up and down the strip. We tend to spend our evenings at our home casino however. Yeah, we play just about all day and all night!

Outside of eating I'm always gambling. The only time I'm not gambling is if I'm walking to another casino that I want to gamble at. I've only been to one show in my five trips and the only other thing I've really done was go to the Carroll Shelby museum.
