    Oh no. I posted this offer a few minutes ago before I browsed the rest of the site.

    I bought these tickets today. I have just called to ask for a refund, was told at first that it was available until December 31 and then asked if I still wanted to see the show. I have now emailed, but the person that can authorise a refund is out of the office until Friday.
