Good ideas for light meals.

Whenever I'm in Vegas I tend to only eat twice a day - breakfast and dinner; however, I usually eat a little more for both meals than I normally would because of all the walking I do. Plus, since I 'm not a big eater when I'm at home I love going all out when I'm on vacation. Anyway, sometimes I get the craving to have a small something around Noon or 1. Earl of Sandwich and Secret Pizza are two of my faves for the light things, but I'm open to suggestions for other good, non-McDonald's-like places to try. Any thoughts?

 

One of my personal favorite places to stop for a bite is the crepe stand in the walkway between Paris and Ballys. You have your choice of sweet or savory depending on what you're in the mood for and they're delicious.

I like the pizza at NYNY.

There's a little café at the Bellagio that I really liked (I'm not sure of the name if there is one). Had little jars of specialty jam and one hell of a fruit tart.. looked like a work of art.

Downtown has lots of quick and easy options with pizza and dogs and the like.

Not sure if that helps, but it's making me hungry and excited to get down there!

 

Julian Serrano, at Aria, could be a nice alternative. It's tapas, so the portions aren't too big, and a lot of the dishes are on the lighter side.

 

We tend to do the two meals a day as well. A good milkshake tends to hold me over.

 

If you are downtown, DuPars good sized shrimp cocktail is a tasty snack.

Lobster Me: Lobsicle
Pinks: Hotdogs: Pho Strip
Pin Up Pizza: Pho Strip.

We do the same, Breakfast, then Dinner, and something small in between.
