MyVegas Please help ! Feeling very confused!!!

Hi everyone , as the heading says I'm feeling very confused, we are planning a trip to Vegas in October , we are not gamblers but I have been reading lots if posts about my Vegas and all the freebies, so I just thought I would be mad if I didn't try and get some points for some freebies but.... I downloaded the app and connected to Facebook I've been playing for a few days but don't really know what I'm doing other than pressing spin until I've no chips left, waiting for the daily wheel spin and checking in as often as I can to get the hourly amount but I can't see how I will ever get enough to redeem for anything , I don't think I can do the friend thing as I don't want people I know to think that I'm gambling, I won't ever spend money to buy chips , I'm not criticising anyone who does but my oldest son has a problem with gambling and attends GA so I feel that although I'm only playing free chips it would feel to him and others I was letting him down , sorry to go on, so I don't want posts from this to show on my page,does this mean I can't add friends to get the extra chips and also on myvegas Facebook page I read somewhere that liking and sharing their posts gets you lots of free chips which I couldn't do either, is there any other way round this, thank you in advance for any advice offered xxxx

 

I havent bought chips, havent played on Facebook, only play on mobile and dont have any friends playing. Even just using the hourly and daily bounses I have almost 20,000 "gold coins" off of only about 1.5 months play. Thats not much but is enough for a couple of low end buffets or other things. I see it as fun and anytime I can earn anything free it's a good thing. What do you have to lose?

I've been playing for a few months and don't post anything to Facebook either.

I have about 65 LP (gold coins). It's free and as long as you don't mind playing the game frequently you should be able to get a free buffet for your troubles....If nothing else. They have some cheaper buy one get one free options for food etc, so you don't have to have a lot to get something to help your trip.

 

You have lots of time between now & october to gain some lps. Without the 51 friends you need to get maximum daily bonus you will never ever maximize your lps. That is your right. Personally if i started playing only a few days ago and did not want it on my account i would make a new one, be careful with that though. Also you have to link a mlife # which then stays linked to that fb account.

Play 200-300 a spin until level 58 and all hotels built then go to 1000-1500 to optimize.

 

I suggest banking your chips for a few days (just click on your properties and not play)...get your daily spin every day as well. When you have around 40k chips to play with then spin at about 300-600 per spin. It's the fastest way to level up faster and get more LPs.

I signed my husband up only about a month or so ago and he already has 36k LPs. He plays the MyVegas app on his phone too every day. I got him hooked on that.

Make sure you check your emails daily, sometimes they send out free chips. Also there are numerous groups on FB which post free chip links daily. There are free chip links on the MyVegas facebook page as well as periodic chip link posts on each casino's website as well.

Slowly but surely, you will see those coins add up!

 

Thanks for the replays , I've come across links for chips and clicked on lots of the 1,200 , 2,000 etc and it says congratulations you just received ..... Chips but they don't show in my account , anybody any idea where they have gone to? xxx

 

They only go to the facebook account, so if you are playing on the app, you won't get those credits. I play the app most of the time and do the facebook occasionally just to use up the chips.

 

and with the facebook app vs. the mobile app, your gold coins are carried over, but your red coins are not - so if you collect bonus coins on the FB account, they don't get carried over into your mobile one..and vice versa..

I only have 1 FB friend who plays with me, and I don't do postings and the coins will add up!!

I've been playing since the game started and I've got over 500k!!
