I'm heading down end of May (Wed-Sun). I have about 60k LP's and wondering which hotel should I stay at. Being a Wed, I know either hotel won't be hopping as opposed to staying on a Thur-Sat. I get in noontime so probably couple hours by the pool.

    Monte Carlo is 30k LP
    Mirage is 52k LP.

Even though its just for one night before I head to my other hotel for 3 nights, is it worth spending the extra 20k LP on Mirage?

Also. Monte Carlo states I can get a King or 2 queen. Mirage doesn't. I need 2 beds. Should I just call or its not guaranteed?

MC does have a lazy river and a wave pool though. If any of those appeal to you then you really should pick MC. Those things are what we like best about the place.

If you like cheap gaming and cheap drinks then I would stay at Mirage. Casino Royale right across the street...

Monte Carlo for me ............ tram to Aria and Bellagio plus NYNY and MGM nearby.

The Pub at the Monte Carlo has a good happy hour ........... Pub Pale Ala and Hot Wings by the pool is hard to beat.

We'll be at Monte Carlo starting Thursday March 6th. Once the trip is over I can post a more honest review of the place.

I've stayed at both. Mirage is a better hotel and casino. MC has a better location if you want to easily get to Aria and Bellagio.

    Thanks everyone for their suggestions.

I decided to go with Mirage since majority here and on other reviews say its a notch up from MC and has better pool.
