I know VP free is a decent resource for VP info, but is there a site that has current Blackjack conditions on the Strip? Are there other VP resources?

No need for table by table specifics, but if you're looking for a $10 table, preferably 3/2 on a Friday night, what's the place to go.

Are these some casinos where <$25 just isn't going to happen on a weekend.

around xmas time, I stayed at The Quad. They had one 3:2 table at $15 on a Friday night. It may be long gone by now, though.

BJ21.com does a monthly newsletter that is about as up to date as I've seen but it is not totally accurate.

The conditions change so frequently it's really hard to keep up. It's a bigger deal then ever with the influx of 6/5.

I played this weekend at Bond in the Cosmo for $10 and $15 per hand. The shoe game pays 3 to 2. There's only 2 of those tables.

Excalibur usually has 3/2 $10 and $15 dollar games at night on weekends. Walk towards the craps tables and their is a 3/2 pit. You also have to consider if it is a busy weekend or not. whole lot easier to find lower minimums on slower weekends.
