Welcome from a fellow Coloradan! I just got back from Las Vegas for Super Bowl weekend (sadly, Sunday wasn't a great day even though I was in Las Vegas). Have fun here!

Thank you! What a great forum filled with every Vegas pondering one could imagine. Love it!
travelfiend, the Superbowl is not and will not be mentioned for some time to come! Those weren't even our guys playing out there! :grrr:

smallz79, Blackhawk offers gambling but the comparison stops there! :nono:

This forum will keep me going until it's time to pack my bag for Vegas again!

    106 days!!! :drunk:

Welcome to the board. Glad you are diving in and making comments. I know it took me a while to start commenting, but after many trips to Vegas, I did have things to share or at least comment on.

I'm from Nebraska, but fly out of Denver when traveling. We live in the panhandle and feel like we have more in common with Denver than Lincoln or Omaha.

Thank you, the boards have been very welcoming! I have a lot of opinions I could share :wave2: but none of them have anything to do whatsoever with gambling!! I've learned a lot and love reading others trip reports and am impatiently waiting until May rolls around!

Your location makes perfect sense to fly out of Denver. DIA is 1 1/2 hours from me and I've rarely had problems flying in and out of there. Even turbulence is tolerable when you know you're flying to Vegas!

Welcome Vegaslover. In 4 years 2 months and 10 days we will be residents of your fine state. We have had enough of the MN Winters and purchased a place in Denver for our future home. We will be in CO this summer for the Twins/Rockies Series. Won't be hard to be a Rockies fan.. you have two of my favorite players, Michael Cuddyer and Justin Morneau.. plus they are National League.. so I'm won't feel like a Traitor!

MNVegasgal, congrats on making a big move and planning it all out! Winters are pretty nice here, some fierce storms but a lot of sunshine and warm days in between. Snow doesn't stay on the ground for more than a few days normally. There is so much to do in Denver and all around Colorado. Coors Field is awesome as well as Sports Authority Field and Pepsi Center for a multitude of sporting events. Enjoy your anticipation and who knows? Maybe the Rockies will be near the top of the heap by then!
