My host is getting me tickets. This will be the first time for me to see it live. Anyone else going? Just wondering how crazy the atmosphere will be.

The atmosphere for UFC is crazy, cant hear a thing other than the screaming. Its a great time, although very hard to view live.

It looks crazy when watching it on TV. I have no clue where our seats will be at this point. Probably wont find out until the day before or the day of the fight.
Looks like there are going to be some decent fights on the card if no one gets hurt before.

We'll be in town that weekend, my brother and I have never been to a UFC event before and would love to experience it but in all honesty the fight card doesn't do much for us. $101+fees for nosebleed seats.
The only fight I'd like to see on that is Cormier smashing Evans :evillaugh

We're still undecided. My brother hasn't been to Vegas since 94 so it will be a really busy weekend, not to mention we're supposed to go out to Red Rock Casino to see a couple people I know.

Yeah it's definitely not the greatest card by far. I'd sure love Evans to get hammered as well. Something about that guy just makes me not like him.
I'm really looking forward to the MacDonald v Maia matchup.

I don't think I would be attending if I actually had to pay for tickets. Really looking foward to seeing it live though.

Hopefully there will be some exciting fights on the undercard. Rousey throwing an arm bar on someone just doesn't really fire me up.

Hope to see a highlight reel knockout.

Don't get me wrong, if someone were to give me tickets I'd be all over it. LOL. I forgot about that MacDonald Maia fight, that did look good. Instead of watching from the nose bleed section we'll most likely watch it in the sports book at Red Rock. lol

Out of curiosity, how good of seats did you get?

I'm not sure yet. Probably won't find out until I get there on the 21st.
I guess I'll find out what kind of player I am when I find out where my
    seats are located. LOL

Correct me if I'm wrong, as I have never been to a UFC event in Vegas, but isn't this pretty cheap for a fight?

I think it's pretty common for the upper seats (we're talking the top 5 or 6 rows). Price goes up quite dramatically the closer you get.

This card must be really lacking in sales as I have the offer of two nights comp as well as tickets from Mandalay Bay, the card is weak to be honest about it which is probably why sales are lagging. There are two really good areas to watch the fights, this coming from being at over 100 MMA cards including 17 UFC events, the first 4 rows of the floor and the first few rows just off the floor seating. The seats further back on the floor are next to impossible to see any of the action especially when it hits the ground and higher up seats you just end up watching the big screen anyway. The atmosphere I will admit is second to none at a big card like the December one was but at this card I just don't know, Rousey is the cash cow but the rest of the card is just not that big outside Cormiers first 205 fight.

I'm doubting that I will be in the first 4 rows on the floor. I guess I will be pulling to have seats just off the floor. Bubba do you go early for all the undercard fights or just wait for the ones that are going to be on the pay per view? Where in Oklahoma are you from?

I'm headed out for this fight! It will be my third ufc in Vegas and 4th overall (went to first Fox card in Chicago) . I went to lesnar/Carwin and silva/sonnen2 both at MGM. Both live experiences were great. The lesnar card definetly out trumped the silva card in terms of action. Tix for 170 are much less expensive, but I am a big ufc fan, and in terms of action think this could be a fantastic card.

And also, just with the rashad bashing on this thread reaffirms my thinking.....he is a live underdog and probably best value bet of the night

Ace I'm really looking forward to it. In the events you've been to do you get there early for the prelims? Being there for 6 hours just seems like a long time
    to me.

I would bet Rashad all day on that. Great value he can end any fight with his speed and power. Cormier tends to stand in front of his opponents a bit much and Rashad could easily catch him trying to go in and out.

Might be worth a few hundred. McMann might pose a problem for Rousey too. Her grappling is stronger than anyone Rousey has faced. I'm thinking about that as well.

We bet a couple hundo on Carmouche and she almost pulled off the Rousey upset! We would have made out large!! I agree McMann is a bit of an unknown as Rousey remains largely untested by another grappler.

Thinking $200 each on Evans and McMann might just be the play.

yeah i have always gotten there pretty early, usually when 1st or 2nd fight is happening. it goes by pretty fast when you are there live!

And i wouldnt mess with Mcmann. i honestly havent seen much of her, but if her only attribute is that she can keep the fight standing with her wrestling, she may be in trouble. Rondas hands keep looking better. Ill probably put Ronda in some parlays.

Evans I think has everything that cormier has, but just faster. Cormier mayb better pure wrestler, but this is mma. Rashads mma wrestling is great. I can see him maybe even getting a KO
