We are still trying to decide on where to stay. We are going in September 2013. Have to decide soon which week since some of our group have to pick vacation for work. We are trying to decide between the week of 9/21 or 9/28. It looks as though the week of 9/21 is cheaper at Ballys and the week of 9/28 is cheaper at Flamingo. Are one of these weeks better than the other? We have stayed at both and like both. Concerned about all of the construction....thanks!

We'll, if you're going in September of 2013 you'll need to visit Dr. Brown and borrow his machine. Try to get the DeLorean model, as the steam engine model makes a lot of noise and puts out a lot of smoke! :) :) :)

Unless they can confirm that the construction at Bally's will be over by September I would avoid it like the plague. On the trip over the holidays it was a total mess! We were staying catercorner at Caesars and both of the east corners of that intersection were nasty with all of the construction! :(

If the pool is important...choose Flamingo if you want a party atmosphere. Construction or not, we prefer Bally's location, rooms & nearby food options. Hope you have a great time!

Id say Ballys for the location. Do the $20 trick at check in and youll prolly get a jubilee room which has an awesome view of the effiel tower and bellagio fountains. Flamingo area is alittle tight with construction at some points but its almost all cleaned up.
