There appears to be some new rewards which have popped up:

$25 at Coca Cola store for 25K LPs
$10 Freeplay at MGM Grand or NYNY for 10K points
$25 Freeplay at MGM Grand or NYNY for 25k points
$50 Freeplay at MGM Grand or NYNY for 75K points

Ended up purchasing the Coca Cola one tomorrow. No idea what crap I will end up buying, but sure I can spend $25 in there! Glad to see some rewards are popping up as new!

Awesome! Too bad the $50 isnt 50k, else it'd be a helluva deal!
    But that $25 is great!

It's a damn shame the freeplay rewards are a 'limited time' reward and are only valid until Feb 15th, would defo have it as 1/3 rewards for my trip in Aug!

For the Freeplay rewards, it appears you have to book one night at the hotel at a rate of 25% off in order to redeem the Freeplay.

    Am I reading that right?

I dont think so, after looking through the different offers, the $50 in freeplay for 75k LP's has a 25% off deal bolted on (whereas the others don't).

But from reading through the wording, it doesn't seem to stipulate that you must book a room there to use the freeplay.

So I'm pretty sure you can just use the freeplay regardless.

The $50 FreePlay says "Receive $50 in FREEPLAY & 25% Room Discount." I don't see where it says you have to book a room at the hotel to get the Freeplay, just that the FREEPLAY offer is only valid at that casino and can only be redeemed at that casino's Mlife desk. I wonder if they'll extend this reward out as I'll be there the end of March. It is nice to at least see some new rewards.

I would still ask before you buy the reward, because I have had similar snail mail offers from MGM where they offer "freeplay" at MGM (along with a comped or discounted room) and it is not very clear, but when I inquired they stipulated that a stay has to be booked there in order to get the freeplay. This could be a MyVegas version of one of those offers.

$50 in free play costs you 75K in LPs? Never.

I would use my hard-earned LPs on something more worthwhile like rooms.

I just got the $25 Coca Cola store credit. They only give you 30 days to redeem, instead of the normal 90. Gonna have to return that one.

Sells out too fast. Tried to get either $25 or $50 freeplay this morning. No luck.

I hope the freeplay is a trial and is offered in more hotels and other dates. :) It would be beneficial for me if you don't have to book a room at the hotel you are using it at. There isn't much that I can use anymore in the game; thus, I'm not playing as much anymore and I have way to many LP's to spend.

Freeplay is something new and exciting. I am hopeful I will be able to get some of these for my trip in late April

Freeplay is definitely new and exciting, and I am sure it would help people who live so close to Vegas that free rooms and shows may not be their favorite rewards.

I redeemed the $10 free play at NyNy. It doesn't look like I have to be a guest. I sure hope not cause I'm not staying there this time.

That is true, but only for the $50 credit. It is tied in with a room discount. The $10 and $25 have no such restriction in the terms.

I am curious about how many you can redeem. "There must be 72 hours in between promotional trips within MGM Resorts International properties. Gaming offers may only be redeemed once during the promotional period. "

Kind of vague language that doesn't seem written specially for these rewards. If you get one for NYNY, and one for MGM Grand, I wonder if you can redeem both same day.

I tried calling the numbers on the rewards. One was a NYNY Mlife desk. The guy that answered the phone was clearly in such a bad mood I did not want to try and figure this out with him. The MGM Grand number just rang.

The $10/25 rewards started with no restriction that you had to be a registered guest to use the free play. Then, they added and removed the restriction several times. You can see some of the iterations at Myvegas Friends" on facebook. Myvegas then stated there would be no restrictions, but the "must be registered guest" remained. Now, it is gone today. Who know what tomorrow will bring?
