Is there a particular name for those twinkling lights on the Mirage, Ti, Wynn, etc?

    I have always been fascinated with those twinkling lights on the signs of the Mirage, Ti, Wynn, Mandalay Bay, Paris, Monte Carlo and now Venetian and Palazzo. Is there a particular name for those kinds of signs? Perhaps the company who makes them?

    If you guys have no idea what i'm talking about and think I'm crazy, I probably am lol, but here's what I'm talking about...

    i've only seen these kinds of signs in Vegas, and no where else.
