Is there a dress code for the clubs in Vegas? If so, what is the dress code?

My friends wanted to go last time, but all of us had only jeans and sneakers. I know in my area, most clubs have a dress code.

No sneakers, shorts or baseball hats... no sports logo stuff...
Nice leather dress shoes, button down shirt and nice, ironed pants (even dress jeans) will get you in just about anywhere.

depends on the club and the night. Biggest words of wisdom,do you want to stand in line and get turned away cause of shoes. Guys should always wear slacks and button up shirt with collar and dressy shoes. Ladies have alot of flexibility , but skirts and dresses are great. Stylish is key, but simple black is good.

I have worn jeans and a collard shirt with nice shoes and had no issue ever. I throw on the slacks every so often. Opened up my suitcase last time only to realize I forgot them. I would say collard shirt and nice shoes is the main thing.

If you want to dress it down - wait until the summer where you can do Thursday night splash dance at Surrender, Weds night at Eclipse at MB, or Sunday nights at XS where you are allowed to wear bathing suits or whatever you want. Makes for a more casual atmosphere.

What's the rule on hats? I typically wear a fedora or a top hat, and most clubs where I live won't allow those. They have a "no hats" rule intended to keep out ballcaps or beanies with gang colors, and since they can't be specific and hope to stop arguments over what is and isn't allowed, they extend it to ALL hats.

I like them as a general rule, but they've kinda fallen out of style now. That and it's way too hot to wear one in a club or walking down the strip. Too many things can happen.

I, muyself, can handle wearing a hat in a warm place just fine. Top hats went out of fashion over a century ago, so whether or not it's in style doesn't matter in my case; I'm not really trendy in any sense. I'm just curious about whether they're allowed.

Every club does what they want to do. If you are getting a table you can get away with stuff more than GA. Question for you, do you really want to wear your hat, stand in line and then the club tells you that you cant get wear your hat .

There's been jerseys at Hakkasan. With enough grease everything is possible.
