We always enjoy STK! Depending on the wine or drinks, $350 might be about right.

Can you provide your tastes in food and atmosphere. For example, I think steakhouses are a bore. How about you?

Actually we like a GOOD steakhouse. My daughter is a vegitarian so there is not a lot of meat in my house :)

We don't like French cuisine and hubby says no to Italian for this gift certificate. We don't like sushi as a main course. I think I am narrowing our options down pretty good. Haha

    Thanks again!

Isn't STK really energetic? Meaning, lots of "thump thump" music with a younger crowd?

OP, if that does not sound like fun to you, try the greek restaurant Estiatorio Milos.

Jaleo is a great tapas restaurant with something for everybody. Milos is great as well but to be honest pretty much all restaurants at Cosmo is pretty good, just browse some menus on their website to find something that is appealing to your taste.

personally, I was somewhat disappointed in Jaleo. Its not bad by any stretch. I think I was comparing it to Julian Serrano. And it flat out doesn't compare to JS

Thats the only two tapas joints worth going to in Vegas imo. Both are great but i have to disagree with you about comparing to JS, i would give the small edge to Jaleo.

I do agree that Jaleo and JS are the only two decent tapas restaurants I have tried on the Strip. Hopefully the one they are planning at Bellagio will compare favorably

Good info, i never heard about this. Do you know when and at what location they plan to open it? I hope they get rid of Olives and make some good use of that location.

Latest word is that Olives is staying, but during my last visit, my host said that Circo is gone as of April and that the current plan is replace it with a JS-style tapas restaurant. Apparently, JS is killing it, which makes sense. It was the busiest restaurant by far that I have visited my last two trips
