I just received an offer from COSMO via email something along the lines of:

As a new member, enjoy this exclusive offer.
    -
STAY | BOOK NOW & DINE ON US
Book two nights and enjoy Wicked Spoon on us.
    -
TASTE | 2 DINING EXPERIENCES ON US
Enjoy 2 dining experiences at Wicked Spoon, a bustling dining haven that invites discovery and satisfies cravings.
    -
    GAME | A REVOLUTIONARY CASINO
Game in our vibrant casino where the latest in technology meets the familiar games you've grown to love.

I'm assuming it's only a food credit but there is an offer code. I went on the Identity website and logged in but did not see any "offers". I only cycled through about $500 in VP while I signed up for identity on this trip (and had one quick drink) so I don't really expect anything, but I'm just curious how much the dining credit is for!

    Can anyone offer any help?

I'm not sure you're missing any of the details. They are offering dinner for two at their buffet, not a dining credit

I've gotten this same email twice now. It is exactly what it says, book two nights get two buffets.

Makes sense now, I thought wicked spoon was a restaurant not a buffet!

Woohooo, two free buffets....oh well! I should have ran a few more hundies through the machines!
