Having stayed in all of those rooms the Resort Vista with a strip view is the best IMHO. The bathroom is huge and has a great soaking tub. I just don't know how easy they are to score. The upgrade cost might be a lot at the desk.

The corner Red rooms at Paris are awesome and huge. The regular Red rooms are nice and have great fountain views. The red rooms SHOULD be easier to get into but there are not a ton of them so during busy times all the casino VIPS and people who paid and booked these might be in them.

We love the Paris Red Rooms....also have the big tub with separate shower - we take the pool / fountain view every time & they are really nice.

I don't' know if it makes a difference but the bathtubs at Pho are WAY bigger than Paris. Unless you are in a suite, then they are comparable though the Paris ones are mostly jetted, while the Pho ones are soakers.

I'd say pretty even. Honestly. I'd decide based on which property I prefer and what I'm there for. I'd probably edge toward Paris, because the Red Rooms are remodeled, where as PH rooms are not.

I think it'd be cool to have the Eiffel Tower fountain view at paris
