And when I play the games it appears that I am allowed to go into a negative chip balance...anyone else experiencing this issue?
I've experienced a small negative balance, maybe 100-200 chips. I'm still getting my daily free spin (wife too).
I have not had a daily spin in the last four days, now. Does anyone have an explanation? (Thanks in advance!)

still not fixed I created a support ticket the other day. The response I received from My Vegas follows.
