I want to take my husband to see Katt Williams at the Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel. There are two shows in November. The Joint's website isn't very descriptive on the seating choices, nor are there any pictures of the entire venue. Can anyone give me a suggestion as to preferred seating sections? I'm looking for comfortable seats with a good view and not wanting to spend a lot on the tickets ~max $100 each. Thanks.

I am no expert on the seating charts for the place, but I did see Guns N' Roses there last November and there really isn't a bad seat in the place. Great views from everywhere.

Personally, I LOVE the Studio Level. The high-boy tables that line either side of this level provide an outstanding view of the stage, plus you never have to move for drinks as they have table service. I'm sure you get a couple of tickets for Katt at under the $100/ea amount. The luxury boxes at the back of the level are the best and it's possible to be seated with some other small groups to fill the box. Large comfy leather chairs directly facing the stage... but those tickets probably would go for more than your stated amount.

the joint suxs one of the wurst places to see a show.

my 2 sugestions is mezz level tables but very expensive or first half of floor reserved seats. the balcony and upper sections is very far from the stage.the place holds 4000 people.

u might want to hold out om buytng tickets to see if it sells ,you might do better on stub hub or some discount if the shows dont sell, just my 2 cents.

show would have been much better if at the pearl in the palms

looks like there are plenty of tickets.

ps no service charge at box office if ur local

    just pulled these seats up

    SEC ROW SEATS PER TICKET
    102 A 11 US $70.00 x 1

    Price Level 4, FRONT ORCHESTRA

these seem the best for the money

The Joint is just fine! Paperposter has an ongoing hatred for the Hard Rock regarding EVERYTHING... probably right down to the toilet-paper they use in the rest rooms! His info on the seating/tickets is accurate though, as he knows his stuff in that regard. I, on the other hand, love the place and probably am too glowing in my remarks.

    A taste of Katt Williams....

I guess this is his comeback. He had said he was quitting standup and also had some brushes with the law.

For some reason, the somewhat "troubled" comedian have been the best ones.

Richard Pryor was #1 (voted #1 on Comedy Central too) and was a helluva troubled man.

When I went there was no seats it was a standing room only show. But yea, it's not all that big, so any seat should be ok.

All set for Katt Williams on Saturday, Nov 9!

Got floor seats in the middle section.

The Friday show was postponed till the 15th. Weird.

every other word in that kat williams video was beeped out i couldnt even understand what he was saying. :poke:

he performed in memphis once and draw a real seedy crowd they had to have cops all over outside making people leave because they were standing in the street blocking traffic and making trouble everywhere. but i saw him on tv and he was pretty funny, he talked about his legal problems too but not in a funny way. he was being serious so it felt out of place.

Yeah, the funny part wasn't really what he was saying.

The gist is go to club and fun and don't worry about what other people think.

It was good it was beeped cuz I have no idea how people react on here to certain words. Troubled comedians are the best ones, imo.

I agree. Have been to a few shows there and always thought it was a VERY good place for a show.

The show was a complete blast. Even the guy that opened for him was excellent.

Me and the missus "tailgated" on our way in and sipped on 2 LITs the entire time Katt was on.

One plus was getting middle floor section seats (about 6 rows back) but on the aisle.

The middle seats are too cramped and hard to get out from.

The venue is pretty decent with the bar right behind you.

It still says TBA for another show at The Joint.
