Going to be going to vegas soon. Im only 20 and have platinum card I got 6 days comped at 3 different Caesars properties paris harrhs planet Ho. I was wondering would they upgrade me to a suite bc of being my 1st time. I dont really want to pay extra tho. need money for gambling for 6 days lol. Would the hotel/casino give you anything extra or can you get anything extra being your birthday?

Wait... if you're only 20, how in the world do you have platinum status and comps already?

And no, no one will upgrade you just because it's your "first" time in Vegas.

Can you imagine how many upgrades and how much money they would lose for upgrading every 1st timer in Vegas? :poke:

Oh ok, that makes more sense.

Do you know how many 1st timers and birthday's come to Vegas? You're not going to get any special treatment out of the 100000000000000 people before you who were 1st timers and or was their birthday.

You can try slipping the front counter person a $20 and see if they can upgrade you to something better.

    You can always ask.
21st Birthday AND 1st time? Right desk clerk, and you may score.

Question: Does your state have different color and/or direction for ID for those under 21? I only ask because I wonder if your ID has, let's say a yellow background, like in Florida, rather than blue for those over 21, how much hassle might you get trying to get into clubs? You have to expect the door dork to be able to do math.

Yes Ca has under 21 ID its facing upwards and 21 over is normal sideways. But the ID says not 21 until the birthdate. like mine says in bold "not 21 until nov..." so i dont think it will be hard.

OK, as long as you don't expect the door goon to be able to add

Those "special" cards are meant to alert the checker. Most still look at dates anyways.

Try the $21 dollar trick. You might get a sympathetic reservation clerk.

There used to be a whole bunch of birthday perks on advantageplayer.com, but I haven't seen much lately

try it for other freebies and sign up bonuses, free play and such

Yea just try the $20 trick.. and definitely mention it's your birthday. Suite is highly unlikely, as these hotels don't have a lot, of suites, you can probably get a view, or a slightly nicer category of room (like PH has slightly larger rooms, Paris has remodeled rooms) but don't expect a suite.
