I have a comped stay at Bally's coming up from Sept. 19-22 (TR Platinum). When the mailer arrived a few months ago, there was no such thing as the Jubilee Tower; it was still the South Tower and still had the classic rooms.

So when I called back in June to take advantage of the offer, I told the staffer who answered that I'd love a North Tower Deluxe room (i.e., remodeled). I asked him to take notes such as being away from Flamingo Rd. during the construction, requesting a room on a high floor, and to put me as far away from the elevator as possible (I hate foot traffic near my door). He included all that info.

So today, I decided to call Bally's to ask when the new Jubilee rooms are *really* being released. She said, and I quote (as accurately as I can), "The premium rooms will be online as of October 1, and the luxury rooms will be online as of November 1."

So, I think I'll ask for a Jubilee room on check in on Thursday, Sept. 19. After all, it's not like every single room will be available specifically on Oct. 1; surely at least a few will be ready on Sept. 19. Now whether that means they'll let me STAY in one, just because it's ready, might be a different story.

Anyway, I've gathered enough helpful information from all of you in the weeks since I signed up for this site, so I thought I should try to give something back. Hope this helps at least a few of you.

Thanks for the update! The Jubliee rooms (both luxury & premium) were options for me on their web site in June when I went thru the "reservations" tab online. Maybe because my trip isn't until March 2014.... Looking forward to staying in one ...... Hope you can too & please let us know what you think when you get home. :)

UPDATE: I got off the phone with Bally's on Sunday, September 8. A handful of renovated Jubilee Tower rooms are being released NOW. Judging from the conversation I had, it would help to be TR Platinum or better, and it would help to check in slightly early rather than at 10 pm. But at least these new rooms are out there!

Thanks for that. Although an improvement, I hope it looks better in person. From the crappy and old style looking furniture by the mirror, it reminds me of the pics of the "updating" the Flamingo did on their base rooms (although almost impossible to turn out as bad as those rooms did).

Some elements of the room are nice. We shall see...

Yeah, I hear ya. I'll be checking into Bally's a on Thurs., Sept. 19, and I'm gonna try to get my comp applied to a Jubilee room instead of a North Tower Luxury, if possible.

Just a heads up. I checked the rate calendar just now, and you can sign up for a jubilee room now. I got mine at a comped rate starting on Thursday as well. I just did a quick room switch via Total Rewards and its confirmed.

I think we were in the same dilemma.

Awesome. I'll try to get myself Jubilee'd, and if so, I'll try and snap some pictures to post on here once I'm back.

Just checked into jubilee room. Reminds me of a flamingo go room. Only downside so far is the size of TV. TV looks so small for the size of the room.

There is a small fridge. Closet. Couch. And the usual amenities.

You only need the TV for channel 27 (keno games)

I booked a luxury room on the comped calendar but I also checked in early so they may have given me premium.

No $20 trick... So prolly a luxury?

Forgot to add that the king seems like its not big enough... Or tall enough. I'm just under 6 feet tall and my feet can reach edge of bed while using pillows. Maybe that's just all king beds???

I think the difference between prem and luxury is the view???

I thought the Premium Kings were the former South Tower Grand Suites.
These were the ones with the tubs out in the room.

If you look at the booking engine on CET Web site they have these rooms listed. These were the links I sent over to Vegastripping.

Room looks nice. Assume there is still construction going on. Any noise?

Luxury means a view north, Premium means a view south. The Suites won't be finished for a few more months.
