My wife and I (and our 2 1/2 year old son) had a wonderful trip to the Aria in early September thanks to myVegas.

    We redeemed:

2 weekday nights at the Aria (2 myVegas rewards)
2 person lunch buffet at the Aria (One myVegas reward)
2 person lunch at the Bellagio (2 myVegas rewards)
1 signature pastry at the Aria

We did also redeem the BOGO monorail one day pass which we didn't ride much since my wife is 6 months pregnant. We had my brother and a friend join us too with their own myVegas rewards. We enjoyed the children's pool at the Aria and the buffets. The Aria hotel is beautiful and service was good. The hotel staff were friendly. I did a little gambling but only slots. The next time I go back to Las Vegas (hopefully to the Aria again) I want to try some table games as well.

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your trip. I'm going on a trip in November with my dad and between the two of us we were able to get 5 nights at Aria for free. He still has one more reward to redeem and is still trying to decide what he wants to get.

Could anyone explain how people are able to redeem more than 3 at a time??

A little while ago it was announced that you could purchase up to 3 of the bonus rooms. I was able to redeem three and my dad used two for a total of five nights. As for the OP, I'm going to assume both he and his wife played so they were each eligible for 3 rewards. They probably each bought a night at Aria on their respective account, along with the Bellagio lunch. That left each of them with one reward left which was then used on the 2 person Aria buffet (one reward) and the pastry. The monorail doesn't count towards the limit.

Any others that don't count towards the limit by chance? Like Sugar Factory for instance? Is that limited?

    answer...

I had 3 myVegas rewards and my wife had 3 myVegas rewards and the monorail is not subject to the MGM limit because it is not a MGM reward.

rewards that don't count to the limit

I believe that only these non-MGM Partners' rewards below do not count against the 3 in 30 day limit. However, always check the reward "Purchase & Redemption Limitations" section after you click the green "Next" button when you go to purchase each reward. That is where it will state the 3 in 30 day limit language (or not).

    LV Monorail
    House of Blues
    Sugar Factory

Yep, that's correct. We redeemed 7 awards between us last trip since we got a sugar factory one (and didn't get around to using another sugar factory award). I was also kicking myself for not buying us a one-way monorail pass ahead of time because we ended up using it to move rooms from MGM Grand to Mirage. It worked pretty well, the stations weren't as far off the beaten path as I expected. I will preemptively buy them next trip for sure.

Were you able to use the bottomless beverage pass with the dinner buffet at Aria? I was wondering since it said to be used with *purchase* of buffet.
