This past trip reminded me of what I loved about staying mid-strip.

What is mid-strip for you? And what do you enjoy/not enjoy about it?

Flamingo is mid-strip for us and where we pretty much always stay. It's just too easy to get to every other CET property from there and now with the new Lync, even better.

Yes that's mid-strip for me too, although I have heard people say that the Bellagio area is mid-strip to them.

I am actually excited about the Linq even though none of the retailers particularly interest me lol. I think I am excited about the vibe it will bring to that section.

One of my favorite benefits of mid-strip is NO TAXIS!

Gosh it was such a relief to walk everywhere, with everything I desire not too far away. There are physical, financial (though most people do not care lol) and just pure happiness benefits to this.

Being in the center of it all was truly missed.

Mid for me is PH, I've been staying there lately. I'm a CET gambler, like to gamble at PH, or I can walk up to Ballys or Flamingo where I enjoy playing too. Also a big fan of Cosmo so I can walk right across the street for that.

Bally's - Bellagio area northwards is what I consider mid-strip and I try to concentrate my stays in that area (multiple stays at Mirage, Venetian, Bally's and Harrah's).

Back in the beginner days for us we stayed at NYNY twice and found ourselves taxiing, busing and walking to that mid-north area.

I love shooting dice at Mirage, CP, Venetian, Casino Royale...so I feel I can bounce around there very easily.

Love midstrip. Any of the CET properties will do for location, but quad/flamingo will be the ones I would most prefer for location. Mirage is good for location as well.
