Have a silly question, and maybe I am looking at this too hard. But redeeming for "One pass to Shark Reef" is 12,500 LP and the companion pass is only 4,000...but yet the pass for "two shark reef" is 40,000. Wouldn't it be stupid to redeem the 40,000LP when you can get it for 16,500 doing them separate? Am I reading that correctly?

You can only do 3 rewards per trip

Is up to you to decide if you wanna spend 40000 for 1 reward or burn 2 for 16500

I'd just save your LP's for something else. I thought the Shark Reef was pretty lame.

To use a companion pass you must buy a ticket at full price before redeeming the pass. That's why it's only 4k points.

It wasn't too bad. I took the gf and it killed a bit of time and kept her happy. I thought it had some pretty neat things, plus it took me to a part of Mandalay Bay that I didn't even know existed, having never spent much time there in the past.

I was a bit disappointed by the shark reef. They had some cool stuff, but I thought it would be longer. They advertise it as one of the largest aquariums in the world. I was able to see everything in less than 20 minutes and I tried to go slow.
