A rare bird in Vegas these days, Jacks or Better nickles located on the casino floor at the 4 Queens. And nobody was playing them?

Put in a $10 and played for half an hour, got two free drinks ($1 Tip) and left $2 dollars up.

    I didn't lose, I didn't lose...! "Clark Griswold"

vpFREE2 has it on there, but I guess locals don't go there.

    EL CO dollar slots.

Well, the bartender at the EL CO tells me "See those five machines over there against the wall? Those things hit like crazy".

    Coin Droppers. Two dollar max.

    So's I drop a couple a dollars in and wham, $160 bucks.

The old style ones on the end. They don't cash dollars, so you have to put cash in one of the two machines that make change from bills to tokens, cash out and use those.

Now the sign says 40% looser than the Strip Average. So, those are the machines that are 40% looser.

I usually don't play slots. But what the hay right?

Yeah if I'm having a bad day bankroll wise, i'll pop in a 20 and go to town for a while, talk about stretching the dollar! One of the nice things about the 4Q. Next door the D has nickle NSUD as well if JOB or BP is too boring. Plus don't they have that one crazy nickle Loose Deuces machine still?
Those 2 hotels get the bulk of my business in Vegas just because they offer some of the best pay tables, even for "nickle-ante". (plus liberal mailers!)

Glad you won, but reminds me of those ladies who used to hover above the dollar slots at Sassy Sally's and barking, "You want to win? Play this machine!!!!" Because they would expect a tip on every win, no matter how small the win.

So I asked one of the ladies, "So I'll win on this machine?"

And she said, "Yeah, you win BIG. You play!!! Win!"

So I asked, "Then why aren't you playing it?"

Then I felt the need to run. Those gals were scary at Sally's.
