    Hi!
Been to Vegas twice. Once about 12 years ago. The other, end of June for only 2 nights. To get back I told my boyfriend that I would take him to Vegas for his birthday, which was in July. Leaving Sept. 2 for 3 nights. He has never been to Vegas.
Now we are not high rollers. Like to gamble, mostly slots. But what are the things, places, that we should go to? Vegas really has changed since my first trip. I know there is no way that I saw everything in June. Too short of a trip. So what should I not miss this time? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
    Thanks, Karen
    counting the days.

    Where are you staying?

On a first and or 2nd trip you still have a great deal of exploring to do, I'd grab a drink, walk around and play a little here and there.

Well, if you pound drinks like the wife and I, there's a dumpy dive bar right behind Flamingo called Stage Door, super cheap drinks/food. A few blocks down from there is Ellis Island, and they have 23oz craft beers, pretty fun dive casino. The Westin, by Ellis has 25cent roulette certain hours of the day

Casino Royale has $1 Mich and Mich lights.

Ya I figured one wouldn't cut it, sometimes we go to 2-3 casinos before we get a good server that will rapid fire the drinks our way

Circus Circus has some pretty good free acrobatic shows that run every 15-30 min I believe.

Actually Casino Royale is one of our first stops. Just because we arrive late Monday night and it is close to the Flamingo. And then Dan can see the volcano as well. It's good to know about the other places too. Thanks.

    first timer ???

easy casino hop the entire strip.

it will take you about 4 hours easy to walk the entire strip from one end to the other and back.

ive done it twice ... once with my lady and they other with a bunch of buddies its fun

we literally go into every casino... sit down... order a drink while we play slots and get up and hop to the next casino.

vegas4locals.com has sweet buy 1 get 1 coupons for nathans famous, haggen daugz, NY pretzel (closest one to you is located at ballys in the downstairs food court)
