Who was I fooling?

I am back on it again, headed out to Vegas in a little over 3 weeks!

Every single last piece of advice to me (last May when I thought I'd throw the towel in) was absolutely on-the-money.

It also helps that my thoughts of settling down were completely squashed and I do not have to worry about being cognizant of a family and such. Broke up with the fiance not long after the engagement. Yeah. It really sucked....but then there is always Vegas?

Yeah I am excited!

Nothing can replace Vegas once we've been there (and done that...but in a good way!).

Yes you are so right. There is no where I get quite as excited about.

I am also taking qualifying exams right now and my brain is kind of fried. Vegas is a nice release. Vegas has gotten me through school. It helps me realize that win, lose or draw in school, I am still winning because I am going to Vegas!

Sorry about the break up. But I can't think of a better place to celebrate your freedom than Vegas!

Sco... Been there done that and then returned to Vegas within 6 months. We just have to admit...as Dorothy said "there's no place like home". Sorry about the break up but usually when that happens, it's for the best in the long run. Welcome back and have a great trip to Fabulous Las Vegas. Dino

Glad you are heading back, sorry about the break-up. My Sept. trips have for the last two years both been in celebration of break-ups!

 

If I see you at the pool, while redeeming my Picnic at the Pool, I'll toss you one of my beers.
