Does anyone have a list of the restaurants/bars that accept TR Rewards credits for meals/drinks? I have quite a few credits saved up and was trying to figure out where to use them for my trip this month? Thanks all!

KR - is Pink's accepting them again? When we were there in April, the clerk said there was some sort of contractual disagreement and they were no longer accepting TR credits. We were disappointed - really wanted to try the place. Hope it has been settled so we can go there next trip.

    Pink's

Wish I could help on this, but not sure. I pulled this from the Total Rewards Q&A section. I would call before going.

What about PF Changs at PH? We used credits there in January and will be back in a few days. Anyone know if they are still taking RC's?

How do you pay with your TR credits? Do you give them the players card and use it like a credit card? How do you figure out how much you can buy with it? So if a steak dinner cost $50, how do you translate that to points?

Just give them your TR card and you either tell them to add points if your just paying or to pay with your points.

I read on another site that the restaurants in the new food court at Bally's will accept TR credits....glad to hear Johnny Rockets (for some reason hubby really likes this place) will since they didn't when we tried the one at Flamingo a couple of years ago.

There is an advantage to paying at the meal

They don't charge tax that way!:peace:

I know a lot of people prefer to charge it to the room, then use their points to pay at that point--but then you will be paying for taxes.:vomit:

Sadly, you CANNOT use them at Mon Ami Gabi--though you MIGHT be able to if you get a voucher ahead of time from TR. (not confirmed)

Very seldom do I charge meals to the room. I like to save on the tax also. Last time I ate at Mon Ami, I did charge it to my room (Ballys) as suggested by TR personal. Within a few hours, I went into the diamond checkin at Ballys and paid using my points. They also said I could get a voucher at TR booth but I had to know how much the bill would be. They didn't refund the unused portion of credits.

I can confirm this - I have done it many times. What you have to do is go to the Total Rewards desk at Paris and get a voucher for whatever amount you want to redeem at Mon Ami Gabi. Then you just present it at the end of the meal and whatever you use is deducted from the voucher.

However, let's say you get a voucher for $100 and you only use $75 of it - after a couple of days the unused portion of the voucher will be put back onto your card. (This was told to me by one of the representatives who issued the voucher and sure enough, the unused amount did go back on my card. I don't know if that rule has changed since the last time I used one).
