Need to agree, Aria's American Fish has an amazing happy hour.

    their $5 dishes are awesome!

I hope this thread blows up, heading to MB and Cosmo for a week for the Retail Now convention in 12 hours

Level 107 Lounge in The Stratosphere . Seriously, best happy hour in Vegas. BOGO martinis, and 1/2 off apps/small plates.

    My top 3:
American Fish - the $5 bar bites are excellent
    PJ Clarkes - $1 oysters, $2 sliders
Mundo - pretty big menu of happy hour items priced $4-$9ish.

Of the three, Mundo is the one I think is more rarely talked about. It's on the ground floor of the Las Vegas Design Center at World Market on the north side of town (essentially next to the North outlets and directly across from the Smith Center). The food is excellent.

    A few more:
Max Brenner - $6 bar bites and drinks, including the banana tempura which is excellent
Comme Ca - they just started happy hour recently, but $1.50 oysters, and half off some menu items that are quite good
Brio - bunch of items under $4, including an entire cheeseburger and fries. The beef carpaccio is AMAZING. I'd easily pay $10-$12 for that.
Brand Steakhouse - A little more expensive (I think around $9 each?), but the portions are also larger.

For truly yummy creamy espresso martinis, I like Le Central Bar at Paris. They are 2 for 1 from noon until 7 pm.

I did a happy hour crawl on the strip with my boyfriend last year. Very fun. My top 3 is:

PJ Clarkes at Forum shops (don't go through the Caesars' casino, you will walk an ungodly distance. Go outside it's right across from Harrah's) $1 oysters with all the trimmings and $2 sliders. I think the bellini's were like $3 or $4 and the beer was discounted too. The oysters are sublime. selection changes every day.

Palms (steakhouse) at the Forum shops (go through the casino on this one. Its just by the entrance). They have a prime time happy hour menu that includes prime steakburger sliders, crab cakes, charcuterie plates and about four other items and they are all very very good and all $5.50 a plate. Can't go wrong. Drinks aren'tdiscounted but the food more than makes up for it.

Comme Ca at Cosmo has half-price drinks and food great deal. Haven't tried this one yet but friends say it's great

We always have fun at El Segundo Sol or even better, Ra Sushi. Both are at Fashion Show. Great people watching. The Palm at the Forum Shops is also incredible.

    Thanks.. all great information

I just happened upon Trevi in the forum shops last trip. Decent happy hour. food and drink specials.

Headed back in late aug and i'd like to hit a few new places. Headed out there with a newbie so I think level 107 HH will be a must for the view alone.

    On the strip

    Trevi (CP Forum Shops)
    Milos (Cosmo)
    Verandah (4 Seasons/Mandalay Bay)

PJ Clarke's is good and Palm is on the list but we we never made it there.

Off the Strip, my favorite ids by far Settebello
3 times in one week. I found myself yelling "The Ham, The Cheese, The Bread!"
Generic sounding, but completely appropriate considering the prosciut, artisinal cheeses, and pizza shells.

I just looked at the menu for Todd English pub and PBR is 8 bucks a pint... that is just unconscionable. I'm all about spending crazy amounts of money in Vegas, but come on...

But during Happy hour your pint of PBR is now $4. Not that I would by any size PBR while in Vegas personally.
