Attention all Previous guests of Planet Hollywood.

I am running a 100 person conference the week of Labor day, and as part of conference, I am trying to bring a little 'cheesyness' for my attendees. I am doing a raffle / contest for our attendees based off of the Movie memorabilia featured in their indidividual guestroom. I know there is a wide variety of good (ie Rocky) & not so good (Cliffhanger) movies featured in their various rooms. I would like to get an idea of some of the movies & memorabilia that are in the rooms.

if you guys are willing, would you mind sharing what movie & memorabilia that was featured in your previous stays at PH? This will help me immensely when I put together my questionaire for my contest.

    thanks in advance!

I stayed there for the first time last month. We had a Strip Suite and the theme was Batman Returns. I was pretty stoked to get Batman, even though it was Batman Returns.

The only prop I can remember right now was the Penguin's umbrella. It was in a case on the wall. There was something under the glass on the table too, but can't recall what. Also various pics, including one of Michelle Pfeiffer in her skin-tight leather catwoman costume.

I've stayed in a few of the rooms, but I don't seem to have included the room number in my TR. I'll dig and see if I can find more info.

Room 3765: The Last of the Mohicans (1992). On the wall was a prop hatchet from the film, in the glass table was a prop knife and some small movie-related photos. The bathroom photo was also from the film. It was a bit underwhelming, to be honest.

I had the Sister Act room. It was horrible, those nun costumes setup looking like ghosts were walking around in them!

Same stay I also had a western but I can't remember which.

Once, I had a Resort room that had the Shawshank Redemption theme. Had a replica of a prison uniform, couple of posters, and something under the glass on the table, but can't remember what it was. Another time, it was a Hollywood Hip Room with Basic Instinct theme. Had a replica of the ice pick used by Sharon Stone, and a couple of other items, but don't remember what they were. Last time was a Resort Vista room with a Ghostbusters theme. Only thing I remember is a picture of the Sta Puft Marshallow ghost and a little toy replica of the Ghostbusters car.

Why not call PH? I'm sure they'd furnish you with all the information you need. Especially if you were booking so many rooms.

It's not much info, but here's what I found:

I stayed on the 24th floor, in the room next to the elevator - Sorry I don't have the number. It was the Popeye room.

The next day I moved to the 23rd floor and about 5 doors down from the elevator. It was the "Willow" room. I still have nightmares about this weird doll thing.

The sexy picture of Val Kilmer above the tub is a nice touch.

I've stayed once in PH but was moved rooms twice so got to see a few rooms. Looking back at my pictures:

One room was a Buck Rodgers room and had:

    A Col. Wilma Deering uniform
    A Buck Rodgers Picture collage
a table with 2 prop guns and some sort of communicator looking device

Another room was either Whoopi Goldberg themed and had:

    Her dress from "The Associate"
a table with a People's Choice award, a blouse, and some framed award of some kind.

Another group pic of the guys in their kilts
The table had a wooden shield under the glass

Seven? Freaky! Was THE box in the room? I would be asking my husband all night - "What's in the box?".

I remember staying in a room with a Karate Kid uniform, but don't remember the film specifics.
