It's 1:1 for the ones on property and 2:1 for the offsite partners.

BTW, they give you a voucher for a specific restaurant. You can't just walk in and use your TR Card. Last year we had a voucher for Commander's Palace but
as we were leaving my GF had it in her purse but decided to change purses without thinking. When we got there we had no voucher and had to pay out of pocket. I was later able to get my points restored but it took about two weeks.

Just to update - Besh Steak, Mannings and the Buffet are 1:1 and the others restaurant partners 2:1.
Able to use RCs directly at Besh,Buffet and Mannings and was told by TR desk that this could also be done at the other Fulton St restaurants but can't confirm through personal experience.

when land based casino gambling was allowed in New Orleans there were restrictions placed on the casino about having a hotel and having restaurants and bars so the casino needed to partner with local restaurants in order to have a multitude of food choices

the hotel restriction was lifted sometime after the second bankruptcy (I am not sure if there was a total rooms restriction still or not), but there is the 450 room casino owned hotel now and they still have "hotel partners" as well
