there used to a great guide on the MyVegas friends page, but Playstudios has decided that it threatens their livelyhood and has made Brad Baker close it down. Ever since that happened I have not played the game once, something really shady going on with that game. I am guessing they gave away alot more stuff than they ever expected, and someone up top started throwing a fit from M-Life. I got my three rewards and will use them in April, but not playing this game any longer. BTW, here is a the level info you asked about, got it from the MyVegas guide on the friends page! I don't believe these upper levels are correct anymore. With the last big update, there are now 500 levels and many people who were stuck at level 173 got moved up several levels and were compensated for the level changes.
that is very possible Shock, that was from guide version 11, and I think it was published before the update, but up to that should be fairly close!
Do you have any updated leveling chart (up to level 500)? According to several posts shown at various MyVegas friend groups, PlayStudios has expanded levels to 1,000. One guy is currently at level 756.
I've red his numerous posts as shown in the MV friend group since March. He basically played BJ and bet 30,000 chips per hand. Around late April or early May, he reached level 500. He claimed and he spent about $240 on chips ($199 package and $39 package). With such big bet, he got less than 1 million LP (gold coin) even when he reached level 500. After level 500, the system requires 30 million XP (red coins) to advance just one level. I believe that he continued his BJ play with 30,000 chips per hand and reached level 514. Recently, MyVegas elevated (adjusted) his level from 514 to 754. Then, it requires only 2 million XP per level for him to continuously advance. He made two more levels from 754 to 756. The saddest reality is that he didn't gain too many loyalty points (LP) at all. According to his trip report, his two purchases of chips only allowed him to redeem 6 rewards or so in his June trip. IMHO --- it's a huge disadvantage of (1) betting big and (2) rushing the advancement to another level, while the player actually lost the opportunity of earning adequate number of loyalty points (LP). LP is used to buy/redeem rewards, which shall be the primary pursuit!
Not getting 1M LP for all that leveling is a bit sad. The fountain song is 1M LP!!! How many people could actually buy that if they wanted yet? But the game obviously has to draw the line somewhere. I just slowly grind, near optimally. And I have earned 400k LP since mid-November (already redeemed 250k) being at only Level 134, and haven't spent anything on it yet. So I am obviously not that much behind him in value, and I can auto-spin slots.
If the player follows the cost-effective low-betting strategy, he/she can expect to gain 1 million LPs around level 300. I also play BJ. Betting of 1,000 per hand is the wise way of earning LPs. For level between 58 and 139, 8 hands (8,000; equivalent to 4,000 XP) will earn 10 LPs. For level 140 and above, 9 hands (9,000; equivalent to 4,500 XP) will get that 10 LPs. According to the guy (betting 30,000 per hand), he had to play 3 hands (30,000; equivalent to 15,000 XP) to earn 10 LPs. Certainly, he could level up so fast. Yet, he gave up too much of his LP earning opportunities.
Slow grinding is the most effective way of earning LPs. I am a firm advocate for it. I am at level 153 right now and getting close to 585,000 LPs. My ultimate goal is to reach 1 million LPs by level 300. Certainly, it consumes lots of time.
I guess I've kinda "missed the boat" on the myvegas glory days by signing up very recently. I'm still enjoying the "slow grind" so far... but it's getting very slow indeed. I reached the low-mid 40 level fairly quickly with the double XP weekend, but now my LP's are barely going up despite me leveling up. Apparently level-up bonuses (LP's) are much lower than a week or two ago? Even playing many hours a day, it's tough for me to gain more than 2-3k LP's/day now. For my most recent level-ups these are my LP bonuses: 30 - 250LP 31 - 500LP 32 - 250 33 - 250 34 - 250 35 - 250 36 - 500 37 - 300 38 - 300 39 - 300 40 ? 41 ? 42 -300 43 -300 44 -300 No complaints at all because the game is free, but I'm still trying to decide whether its worth my time to try for rewards when it's continually becoming more difficult to get LP's and the cost for rewards/comps is continually going up
I was the one that created the actual guide (up to version 16) before the group was removed. I still have an updated version for it, click ME for the link to the newest version, it does not have Reel Chef game in there yet because it's dated mid-June and Reel Chef came out a week later. It should have all the numbers up to Level 500 (but now that I think about it, they did change the level-up bonuses for the LPs so I'd need to change that too). As far as what 500+, if it is 2 million each level then just take 2 million from each level starting at 500. As far as how many people have reached 1M LPs, I'd say there's probably not a lot of them. It takes a ton of playing and commitment to reach that high but I'd say 756 is really high for someone to be at and not have 1M LPs.
