What are some of the best options for Pho near the Strip? I know of Pho at the Coffeeshop @ Treasure Island, but am looking for a real Vietanamese restaurant with some great Pho.

It's a little further away, but I'm a big fan of Hue Thai:

I love to get a bowl of Pho and a Vietnamese sandwich.

My favorite is Pho So 1 a bit farther down on Spring Mountain.

The pho served here has great flavor and the meat is plentiful. I get the one with flank steak, tripe, and tendon.

The service is not great, but it's an Asian place so good service is not something that should be expected (I'm Asian and this is true. If you let bad service keep you away from a restaurant, you're eliminating the majority of great Asian eateries).

The pho at Pho Kim Long (I'm not making this up) is good. Hue Thai is good too, but Bahn Mi is more their specialty. I haven't tried Pho So 1 yet. Perhaps very soon!

Mmmm yeah that's it, Bahn Mi and Pho Tai mmmmmmm, just thinking about it makes me hungry!

I like their Pho broth because they don't have any of that sweet flavor that some place's broth does. Some places taste like maybe they have some Hoisin sauce or something in there and I don't like that. I think the Pho at Treasure Island has a teeny tiny hint of that but not enough to bug me. Bring on the Sriracha! :licklips:
