Has anyone ever tried it? At $3.99 for breakfast, it sounds like a deal. How can anyone ruin bacon, eggs, sausages and pancakes?

I love their cafe. Nothing fancy. Great breakfast. I especially like the chicken fried steak, open-faced turkey sandwich, and ribs. I'd avoid burgers and pasta there, though.

We've been there for the breakfast buffet and it was just fine. Really, they have all the basics and it was delicious. Get the ACG coupon and that breakfast becomes $2 a piece with it's 2 for 1.

They did change hands recently. Doe the Silver 7s still have the cheap buffet?

They have a bunch of specials as of July 1st to commemorate the change over.

You can get canned dog food for a lot cheaper than 3.99 a person!

Last time I was there for breakfast, I had fruit, Yoplait yogurt, Kashi cereal, milk, juice & coffee. That is a good buy at $2.00 and certainly not dog food. If, you enjoy dog food have at it. Good on you.

Having never been to Vegas, would the walk from the Mirage to terrible's be very long. A half hour is reasonable

I'm curious if the folks dogging the food at Terribles have ever eaten there or are they just piling-on because of a low opinion of Terribles. I've eaten at Terribles on a few occasions. Twice in the buffet and once in the restaurant I believe. The buffet can be good but try to catch it at a busy time. At the end of lunch/dinner shift it can get kinda yucky. The cafe there was actually pretty good and has great late night specials. The casino is small and smokey btw so we only ever play briefly and have never stayed there.

I also can't speak to the walk length since I've always driven there and considered it too far to walk.

and a full half hour walk it is. Google says it's 1.6 miles. Probably too far in the summer months.

Affinity Gaming was formed out of the bankruptcy reorganization of Herbst in 2011, so they have owned the property for almost two years.

Yes I have eaten at terribles before. Yes it is terrible! Yes I compared it to dog food. Remember cousin Eddie from Vegas Vacation when he asks for some of the blue and some of the yellow. They actually had these items side by side with no name so I have no clue what it was. What hot item is or could be blue???? And it looked better than the yellow!

Regarding previous comments the cafe is quite good. One of their best options is Dueces Wild, $2.99 I believe it is available 24 hours. Now back to the buffet I've never tried to sample every item on the buffet nor will I. Would I eat their again yes, but not at full price. Boyd Casinos are better options and a better value (Gold Coast & Orleans) because of closer proximity and their prices are about $6.00. If, somene thinks what I ate was dog food, oh well but you're wrong.

I have eaten at Terribles a few times. I ate at the buffet once and it was in a word terrible. Conversely I have found the coffee shot to be quite good and it is also very cheap.

Have had some good meals at the cafe and very cheap. Buffet is ok but not a lot of choice. However we've always found something decent to eat and enjoyed it. No, its not fancy but just fine for the price. Didn't enjoy the breakfast buffet but the cafe was great for the usual breakfast fare. Don't dismiss it if you haven't tried it, especially if you want a cheap meal. Free soft drinks in the bingo hall too. Best bingo place by the way.

Since changing from Terrible's to Silver Sevens, is the $3.99 breakfast still available? Looking for somewhere to eat in the morning on our trip this week.

Get your players card for the Deuces Wild, this used to be my home casino,
so I had it quite a few times, it is good. Their Angus burger is good also. I have also had a few of their steaks they are a value but not of steakhouse quality. Their other dishes are hit or mostly miss. Their buffets are among the least tasty in Vegas. About 3 years ago they had a omelet station in the breakfast buffet which made it one of the great values in Vegas. BTW you could cut through Ballys on the way and hit the Tuscany for a break if it is hot. Good luck!
