Since I have the most trips to Vegas of all those attending the party, they have tasked me with dinner plans. There will be 15 of us (30-35 yrs) and the groom is looking for somewhere that won't break the bank, but offers the ability for the guys to have a nice dinner. I would guess an avg per person of $40-$60 without liquor would be acceptable.

Obviously a reservation will be required. I'm also curious if we will be stuck with a Prix Frix menu at that size of group.

I would call the Palm. Threw my best friends Bachelor Party first weekend in April and we had dinner at the Palm inside the Caesars Forum Shops. Great meal, 10 guys, $900 total (tip included) and probably half was drinks. Great experience.

If you did a buffet, you are more apt there will be something for everyone with that many people.
