Usually a crappy one. Hoping OP was playing Bonus Poker (98.01%) at least. The best game I can think of that pays 7 on a full house is Super Aces Bonus (98.85%). If he was playing DDB, that would be a brutal 95.71% for a $100 hand; JoB would be 96.15%.

LOL, you guys get so caught up in the pay scales and percentages that you forget the actuality. He was not a victim of 98.01%, 98.85% or even 95.71%. He got a cool 700% and was done. All other stats are meaningless.

    LOL! Manifesto of a loser.

    He didn't get a cool 700%... he lost a cool 200%.

I'm curious, exactly how much is your net win on gambling? I'm pretty sure we are all losers in the casinos except for the rare few who had a big windfall somewhere in their life.

You are so very wrong about losing 200% (which I believe would only be a 22.22% loss if you were saying he shoudl have won $900 instead). That assumes that he could have played a better pay table and won on it instead. Truth is, only that machine played at that exact time was going to hit in that exact way. If for example you know in advance which machines were going to hit would you keep playing on your 9/6 machine that wasn't going to hit a royal when you knew the 8/5 next to you was going to hit? I think not.

We aren't talking about deciding which machine to play based on odds. This is hindsight which is always 20/20 and in this case he hit it perfect.

Sure, we're all losers if we're gambling by the rules in a casino. That's not the point. The more you continue to play where the house advantage is higher, the more you'll lose in the long run.

Am I a lifetime winner in the casino? No. Not many are.

As for your 200% vs 22.22% loss... I was playing your game that he got a 700% return (rather than a 900% return... meaning he gave away a 200% additional win). I thought you'd understand that better since you didn't seem to understand that he was giving up a higher house advantage.

I was taught a long time ago that every time you win in a casino the casino wins a little bit as well. It's their house advantage... they take a little cut of your win and that's what makes them winners overall. He just gave the casino an additional $200+ on his win.

If it makes you feel great that he won $700, that's awesome. It makes me sick that he didn't win $900.

I guess the lights will be on a little longer in that place of gamble.

With all due respect to the discussion points, I think everybody is losing sight that this whole hand was an accident from the start....and Lady Luck prevailed.
