We're heading out in August and always ate our late night meal @ Bill's. Well that obviously is not going to happen this trip. I was wondering what are the late night offerings for food now on or within CLOSE walking distance to the strip? And as we will be staying @ MGM and Mirage, any advice for anywhere on the strip would be appreciated.Oh late can mean anytime from 11PM-3AM. Thanks again all.

The cafe at Harrah's does a nice steak and eggs from about 11pm until 6am. It's about 9 or 10 dollars, I don't exactly remember. They say it's "filet medallions" or something like that. It's pretty darn good, in my opinion. Occasionally it will be served over at KGBs if the cafe has to close for some reason.

If you just want a bite, the Earl of Sandwich inside PHo makes a great sandwich and is open 24/7. For a sit down meal, the Grand Lux Cafe in the Venetian and Palazzo is a very good 24 hr restaurant run by the same people that run the Cheesecake Factory chain.

Tacos El Gordo on the strip is a short walk from the Wynn for cheap food.

Hash House a Go Go at the Quad is now open 24 hours, and the deli inside the Mirage is fabulous for a late night snack (HUGE sandwich)!

BLT at the Mirage now open until 4am on the weekends

So BLT at the Mirage is now open until 4am on Friday and Saturday nights along with the Carnegie deli now being open 24/7. Those are both pretty solid choices and a step up over the standard coffee shop fair.

Dennys next to Casino Royale is open all night.
You might also like to indulge in some dollar bottles of Micalob at the casino.

Definately wolfgang pucks at MGM -- Meatball pizza is awesome.

Shoot across the street to Mad Onion at Hooters. They have a decent prime rib for around 10 bucks.

Grand Luxe is very good, a cut above the casino coffee shop. However, it's quite a hike from the Four Corners area.

The Cafe at Bellagio is actually quite good. Easy walk from Caesars/Ballys/Flamingo/whatever.

If we stayed at that end of the Strip, I'd eat at the Grand Lux every night. Their caramel chicken is amazing!

I know it's the wrong end for you, but if you're ever up there, the NYNY's late night at America does an excellent Rib Eye between 12am & 5am for $12.95, excellent value.

I don't understand the fascination with Earl of Sandwich. In 10+ trips I hadn't tried it, so I ventured down about 2:30am this morning and got a sandwich and cup of soup - a super small, flat sandwich with hardly anything on it and a cup of warm potato soup that had to be sitting there for hours and hours.

Size of the sandwich doesn't matter though, I tossed it after only eating half because it was so bland, and woke up sick this morning

I just got back from Secret Pizza at the Cosmo though, and it is really good!
