Border Grill at Mandalay Bay, brunch on Saturday/Sunday. Served Tapas style all you can eat, all you can drink. They make some interesting unusual Mimosas. Try the cucumber one!

Main Street Station downtown for their champagne brunch on Sat & Sun.
7 AM- 3 PM $10.99. We always order the OJ and champagne separate and mix our own.

Most buffets do it....I recommend Bellagio, Wynn, or Cosmopolitan buffet.

    Exactly....if you're playing they'll be serving:beer:

Wasn't sure if you were asking about buffet's or in general but for some reason people sometimes forget that when you're gambling, they will bring you just about anything you want. I order liquor on the rocks, martini's, coffee drinks, ice tea, highballs, you name it...just depends on my mood and the time of day.:drunk:

Thanks for the info. I had no idea I could ask for a martini or a mimosa while gambling!

I second Mike's suggestion of the Mirage weekend buffet. Our server brought out to-go cups so we could take some with us.

Had them at Paris's "Le Village Buffet" as part of the unlimited alcohol during a lunch buffet.. It was absolutely worth the money to add to the buffet, and our waitress was more than happy to keep them coming as long as we kept tipping!

Just be careful ordering Mimosas from the bars in the casinos. One time at Mandalay Bay I got tired of waiting for a server so I went to the bar... $15 each for the same Mimosa I was getting for free at the machines. Yikes.
