DH and I booked a fall trip to Vegas and decided to try the Monte Carlo since my favorite Bill's closed. Has anyone been there lately that can tell me how the noise is from the construction out front and if it makes for a longer walk out front to get down the strip. Thanks! So looking for this trip. It has been 2.5 years and I am ready to come back.

Stayed there the last 3 nights.

Noise wasn't an issue and it's easy to exit the casino near Diablo's and get right to the strip sidewalk.

I'm in Vegas now and can tell you that yes, the facade is all torn up/under construction. I'm not staying there though, so I can't comment on the noise factor as a guest. I am sort of baffled as to why they decided to put money into replacing the facade at this point. Seems to me the money would have been better spent upgrading/refurbing the rooms and casino.
