Pretty sure he's still in a bar, so I would guess you need to be 21. I haven't seen him at Harrahs though.......:peace:

Not sure about the rules for his location; it is in a bar. But where he performs there are a couple of window openings behind him and two doorways that people just walking by stop and peek around or through when they hear the voice. So who is allowed on that walkway is a question I can't answer.

It is a pretty good show and the price is right.

No idea the answer to your question but I do miss Pete... heard his show hundreds of times while working at the Barbary. I can't hear Dire Straits "Walk of Life" without thinkin about him and his rendition of Suspicious Minds (and many others) is outstanding.

But where do you stand at those entrances & window? Is it the casino? (a no-no for under 21) or is it in a hotel hallway by restaurants & stores?

He plays in the dueling piano bar just as you enter the casino from the south entrance. There were a lot of people standing by the open window areas during the show. It is basically 3 steps inside the casino.

Seen his show lots of times at BC, still as good as ever at harrahs.

He's in a bar within the casino. So, I would assume that means no one under 21.

And, yes, the entrance and open air windows are in the casino/looking out into the casino.

Thanks all for the clarification. So that means <21 couldn't stand outside the bar either, as the casino is also off-limits....

Thanks for reminding me, I haven’t seen Big Elvis since he was performing at Bills Gambling Hall and Saloon. Hope they will be able to look into the bar to see and hear him. Big Elvis has been performing in Vegas for over 11 years now. Another Great Vegas performer holding down an impressive 13 year residency is Carl “Safe-Sax” Ferris, who performs on Fremont Street nightly from 8:00 PM -11:00 PM. This may be a good free all ages performance for your under 21 friends to check out.

There is also an awesome toy store worth checking out with them when you are on Fremont called “Toy Shack” @ Neonopolis, if as teenagers, they aren’t “too cool” for toys.
If they are bored with toys they can always weigh themselves at the nearby scale in front of heart attack grill and see how much they weigh compared to when Big Elvis weighed 1000 pounds.

I honestly dont think they will really feel to bad if they dont get to see the show.

he is a nice guy and decent singer but sings boring Elvis songs you never heard of.

I cant imagine a teenager would enjoy it. Endure it maybe, enjoy it, never.

I agree with Cousin Eddie. The value is really in the freakshow.

If it's a hotel lobby, it's fine. If it is a casino, that's off-limits. I have seen people asked to leave - when standing in the entrance to a casino. Rules are rules and that is one that Vegas tends to take very seriously. Of course, if you're asked to move on and you comply, no harm/no foul. But I've absolutely seen people asked to move on when standing in a casino entrance with under-21s.
