I saw in a post here a while back about certain buffets having split crab legs on the buffet, taking all the hard work out of one of my favorite foods.

Which hotels/buffets offer split crab legs with their lunch or dinner?

    Thanks.

South Point did on a Friday night a year or so ago. Haven't been to their buffet recently.

Mandalay Bay used to do this. I am not sure if they still do, but their food was excellent.

Unfortunately they weren't very good. The water they used was barely warm and added a bad taste. May be giving the place another try next trip and will definitely give them another try.

Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan. And I've heard Aria as well.

I found them to be dried out, though. The price you pay for the convenience of them being split. I've discovered I'd rather do the work myself and not sacrifice the moisture and flavor.

I totally agree with Happily. There is no comparison. GVR seafood buffet on Friday nights is the only place I know that doesn't split their crab legs. It's soooo much better that way. Unpeeled cocktail shrimp have a much better taste too.
