I'll be visiting on June 5th until June 9th from Buffalo, NY. It is supposed to be around 90-100 degrees during the day and around 60-70s at night with almost 0% humidity.

In Buffalo these days - It is around 80 degrees during the day and 60s at night with around 70-100% humidity (which sucks)

What should I expect in the dry heat? I typically wear jeans and t-shirts. Everyone says its "dry" heat but c'mon... it's friggin' 90 degrees!

I've been to Vegas twice... in April. It was perfect and cold at night.

Thanks for the feedback in advance! :licklips:

Welcome! It definitely is a different type of heat, and being from Ohio I can appreciate the heat / humidity that you deal with. If you plan on walking around during the day, you will want shorts (and sunscreen!). If you will be in a casino, they are cool and jeans will be fine. At night you will be comfortable in almost anything. Enjoy your trip.

Welcome. Have a fabulous trip! Depending on how much time you spend outside the casinos will dictate your attire. Jeans and trousers will be fine most mornings and evenings. You may want to wear some walking shorts in the afternoon. It is way dry. Still hot. Drink lots of water. Have fun.

Bring some chapstick or lip balm if you get cracked lips in winter from the heat in your home it's 2x worse in Vegas.I live in FL and love the humidity, but the dry heat breeze is like a hair dryer.. and it does get cold at times in the casino in just a t-shirt.

Just got back and it was 98 during the day and a cool 75 mornings/evenings. I walked in the morning and jeans would have been too hot. I had a golf shorts with me and wore that after the first day. In the casino , jeans are fine. In fact there are an awful lot of people saying "I'm going to stay in here because it's too hot out". Ha ha. Gamblers have all the excuses.
